We are proud to have created the brand strategy, visual identity, and brand photos for the ambitious bakery, Munkeriet.

Founded by a chef with experience from the best Michelin restaurants in the world, Munkeriet intends to introduce traditional Scandinavian munks to the market again.

We wanted to create an identity that not only celebrates small, simple pleasures but also challenges the idea that baked goods must be glossy and colourful to be delicious and appealing. Simple cut-out style illustrations and the repetition of phrases like "en spade for en spade, en munk for en munk" weave a sense of playful charm to the identity.
